What is counselling and psychotherapy?

Counselling and psychotherapy provide a safe, confidential, and inclusive space where you can explore whatever’s on your mind — from anxiety and low self-esteem to difficult life events or emotional overwhelm. Whether you're seeking person-centred counselling in Bristol or online therapy across the UK, this is your space to feel heard, supported, and understood.

There’s no judgment, pressure, or expectation. I’m a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, here to listen and help you explore what matters most — your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviours, whether rooted in the past or present.

Through counselling the calm space to reflect may help you to begin to gain clarity, understand yourself better, discover new ways to cope, or make meaningful change — all at your own pace.

How Do I Work as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist?

You are always at the heart of my work. My approach is fully tailored to your needs — whether you're seeking online counselling for anxiety, or support with low self-esteem.

I understand that everyone’s experience is unique. That’s why I adapt my approach to suit you, drawing from a range of methods to provide person-centred and integrative counselling in Bristol and online therapy across the UK.

The counselling space — whether in person or online — is your space. It's safe, supportive, and free of judgment. My work integrates techniques from Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory, depending on what feels right for you.

If you prefer a more creative approach, I also offer creative counselling for self-expression and emotional processing, which can be especially helpful for neurodivergent clients or young people.

Who do i work with?

I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming counselling space for everyone. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, or just need someone to talk to, you deserve support that meets you where you are.

I offer a range of options — including online therapy for young people across the UK, and one-to-one counselling for adults in Bristol — to ensure you can access support in a way that fits your needs and life.

As a person-centred,  intergrative and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I work with adults, teenagers, and children, including neurodivergent clients and those exploring identity, relationships, or emotional wellbeing.

Online counselling

I offer online counselling sessions via video or phone, available across the UK. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed, remote therapy allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Many clients find online therapy for anxiety and stress to be just as effective as in-person sessions. It’s flexible, accessible, and easy to fit into busy schedules, especially for working professionals, students, or parents.

I understand that starting remote counselling might feel unfamiliar — I felt the same way at first. But once I experienced it, I saw how safe and productive it can be.
