At Your Space Counselling and Psychotherapy, I provide a gentle, supportive, and non-judgemental space where children and young people can feel comfortable and safe. My focus is on building trust and connection, helping them feel able to talk openly about what’s on their mind and how they’re feeling.

I’m passionate about offering an approach that’s shaped around each young person’s needs. I may use creative methods when appropriate, which can help make counselling feel less intimidating and allow feelings to be expressed in ways that words alone sometimes can’t.

I offer sessions in person in Bristol as well as online. If you’d like to learn more about the counselling process or fees, please take a look at the About Counselling section.

Working with children and young people comes naturally to me, and I am particularly passionate about helping them feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate difficult feelings, thoughts, and challenges.

With over 10 years of extensive training and experience, I have worked with children and young people of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them in a variety of settings and roles. This breadth of experience has deepened my understanding and ability to meet their unique needs in a challenging, ever-changing and neurotypical world.
