About Me – Qualified Counsellor for Adults and Young People in Bristol
Supporting You Through Anxiety, Stress, and Life Challenges
Georgie Simmons

I’ve completed several years of intensive training as a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, developing the skills to offer safe, effective, and person-centred therapy. My training focused on working therapeutically with a wide range of clients — including adults, children, and teenagers — allowing me to provide online therapy for young people and adults across the UK as well as in-person counselling in Bristol.
~I believe everyone, regardless of age or background, deserves the space to be seen, heard, and supported in the counselling environment.
As a qualified counsellor and therapist, I’ve supported clients with a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, body image concerns, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and trauma from difficult life events. I also work with clients navigating ongoing mental health difficulties and those engaging in self-exploration through therapy.
This breadth of experience allows me to offer effective, compassionate support — I aim to guide you through whatever you're facing, at your pace.

I’ve experienced counselling and psychotherapy myself, which gives me real insight into what it’s like to be a client. This helps me offer empathetic, person-centred counselling — whether you're seeking online therapy for anxiety or working with a compassionate therapist in Bristol.
